Objective

Iper La Grande i has always position innovation as one of its core values. Un’idea per La grande i was launched to understand the changing needs of the Italian families and develop an innovation plan to address them. The open innovation campaign designed and managed by Ideaward lasted three months ans was opened to all Iper customers accross Italy.

Results

  • Un’idea per La grande i received more than 3.500 customers’ ideas to improve the shopping experience at La grande i hypermarkets.
  • Ideas ranged from relatively simple suggestions to improve shopping experience to exciting new ways of purchasing from La grande i. The top three ideas were awarded 500€ vouchers and the 30 finalists received 50€ vouchers.
